Following the notice of “New regulations on insurance, investment and commerce coming into force as from June 01”, THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT would like to introduce certain noticeable contents included in new regulations on tax and fees which are coming into force as from the beginning of June (from 02nd to 10th of June, 2017). To be specific:

Policies on insurance, investment and trade coming into force from June 01

Some prominent policies on insurance, investment and trade, etc. will come into force from June 01, 2017 as follows:

Reserve price of a bad debt sold at auction has to be assessed

On May 16, 2017, the Government issued the Decree No. 61/2017/ND-CP providing details of Clause 4 Article 65 of the Law on Asset Auction in terms of assessment of the reserve price of bad debt and asset put up as security for bad debts.

New application forms for grant of the pharmaceutical practice certificate available for use in 2017

This content is prescribed by the Decree No. 54/2017/ND-CP that specifies certain articles and approaches to implementation of the Pharmacy Law.
