Responses to queries concerning Circular 128/2013/TT-BTC assembled

At the beginning of July, the Ministry of Finance issues the Circular No. 128/2013/TT-BTC on customs procedure, customs supervision and customs inspection of exported or imported goods, and tax administration of exported or imported goods.

However, this Circular has raised plenty of queries from customs authorities as well as businesses concerning its implementation.

Thus the General Department of Customs has issued the Official Dispatch No. 7700/TCHQ-GSQL to resolve the queries concerning this Circular to facilitate its application by Customs Departments.

138 queries resolved in previous Dispatches are assembled in this Dispatch.
