According to this document, when detecting F0 cases after periodic screening at workplace, the Ministry of Health provides following 9 steps to deal with them:
- Promptly activating disease prevention and control plans.
- Notifying and cooperating with local health authorities to implement epidemic prevention and control measures.
- The head of an establishment, based on the opinion of the local health authority, makes a decision to temporarily block the entire facility or each floor/working area/room, department/working position where F0 cases are detected.
- Notifying F0 cases and asking them not to move out of their place, avoiding contacting with people around and wearing medical masks while waiting for further instructions.
- Requesting forces assigned to separate walkways to guide them to move along the separated walkways leading to temporary isolation rooms.
- Requesting responsible organizations/individuals to take charge of zoning and disinfecting all areas related to infection cases according to the instructions.
- Requesting all employees who are at work not to move without permission, to complete their health declaration and comply with the regulatory 5K message.
- Grouping and building separate F1 and F2 zones before taking test samples and medical quarantine.
- After cleaning and disinfection, establishments can work normally as from the following day.
In addition, in these instructions, the Ministry of Health notes that workers should not express stigma and discrimination against cases that already complete medical quarantine or have to travel on business to epidemic-hit areas or have been successfully treated for Covid-19. Furthermore, if you find yourself or your co-workers/guests with one of the following symptoms, such as fatigue, fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, etc., or to be F0, F1 or F2 cases, then you yourself should not be in close contact with people around, or must ask your co-workers/guests not to be in contact with people around.
