According to this Decision, women in 13 weeks’ pregnancy should be treated as people that should be cautious about Covid-19 vaccination.
Below are those that need to be carefully screened:
- People with history of allergic reactions to other allergens.
- Patients with underlying health conditions or chronic diseases.
- People with impaired consciousness or impaired functional capacity.
- People with history of thrombocytopenia and/or coagulopathy.
- Women that are at least 13 weeks pregnant.
- People that are found to have abnormal vital signs:
+ Temperature <35.5°C and >37.5°C.
+ Pulse < 60 times/minute or > 100 times/minute.
+ Diastolic blood pressure < 60 mmHg or > 90 mmHg and/or systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg or > 140 mmHg, or 30 mmHg greater than daily blood pressure (for people with hypertension currently receiving medical treatment and show their medical records)
+ Respiratory rate > 25 times/minute.
Decision No. 3802/QD-BYT is entering into force as of August 10, 2021.
