According to this document, Vietnam Social Security requests their affiliates and social insurance agencies of provinces and centrally-affiliated cities to perform tasks of providing Covid-19 support for employers and employees, specifically as follows:
- Social insurance agencies should guide employers to submit the application form for temporary suspension of contributions to the retirement and death benefit fund to social insurance agencies according to Chapter I of the Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg.
- Social insurance agencies must make:
+ The list of employees participating in training under Chapter III of the Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg.
+ The list of employees temporarily suspended from execution of employment contracts and taking paid furlough (Form No. 05); the List of employees (Form No. 13a, 13b and 13c) according to Chapter IV, V and X of the Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg.
- Social insurance agencies must take action in reducing the rate of occupational accident and disease insurance contribution to 0% of the base payroll till June 30, 2022.
