- 1st criterion: Planning activities to allow for acute respiratory disease settings (3 points);
- 2nd criterion: Training staff members in disease prevention and control procedures to cope with their particular job requirements (4 points);
- 3rd criterion: Receiving, categorizing and screening hospital visits (6 points);
- 4th criterion: Complying with the enforcement of face covering requirements (3 points);
- 5th criterion: Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces as well as ensuring the safe management of toilets (4 points);
- 6th criterion: Facilities and amenities (5 points);
- 7th criterion: Stockpiling medical equipment and supplies necessary for infection prevention and control activities (3 points);
- 8th criterion: Monitoring health staff’s health condition (2 points).
Total score of all 8 criteria mentioned above is 30 points.
The set of criteria will be commonly applied to public or non-public health stations and clinics nationwide.
Clinics must examine the contents of the set of criteria, carry out the self-assessment once a month and keep online software updated with latest results of self-assessments.
