According to this document, several following pieces of relevant information will be provided for Courts:
- Regarding judicial trust documents serviced abroad through Ministry of Justice:
+ Continue to prepare judicial trust documents for submission to the Ministry of Justice if litigants have mailing addresses at one of the countries specified in the Official Dispatch No. 3386/BDVN-DVBC in 2020.
+ Trust documents serviced through the Ministry of Justice to the United Kingdom, India and Victoria state of Australia will be affected and pending.
+ The service of documents and records to 50 states of the US has been normally carried out.
Courts need to consider informing overseas litigants of the Court’s intention to initiate legal proceedings by the deadlines permitted in Article 476 of Civil Procedure Code.
- The service of documents to several new member states of the Service Convention and provision of updates on several other member states:
+ Procedural documents needing to be served on litigants in the Republic of Austria must be made in German or enclose German translations.
+ Procedural documents needing to be served on litigants in the Philippines must be made in English or Filipino or enclose English or Filipino translations.
