Accordingly, provincial People’s Committees are requested to direct their Departments of Education and Training to collaborate with relevant authorities to identify candidates and classify them into 4 groups, including F0, F1, F2 and others.
Under specific circumstances, the examination will be conducted and graduation recognition will be granted according to the following rules:
- Group-F0 candidates (confirmed cases or cases tested positive with SARS-CoV2): As they cannot take the examination due to compulsory isolation and medical treatment at healthcare facilities, they may be privileged to obtain upper secondary education graduation recognition under regulations currently in force.
- Group-F1 candidates (subject to concentrated isolation): They will take the examination within their isolation areas or at proper examination sites within the vicinity of their isolation facilities;
- Group-F2 candidates (subject to home isolation or self-isolation): They will take the examination at standby test rooms arranged at examination sites or at proper examination sites at the disposal of each locality;
