According to this document, specific goals to be achieved by 2025 in terms of the e-commercial market include:
- 55% of the population participates in the online shopping with total sales of goods and services reaching 600 USD/shopper/year on average.
- B2C e-commerce sales (including both consumer goods and services sold online) are increased by 25%/year, amounting to 35 billion USD accounting for 10% of the total retail sales of consumer goods and services nationwide.
As regards resources of ancillary services for e-commerce, some goals should be achieved, including:
- Non-cash payment method used in e-commercial activities is expected to reach 50%, of which payments made through intermediary payment service providers account for 80%.
- 70% of purchases on e-commerce websites/apps will be invoiced in digital form, and so on.
In addition, in order to enhance e-commerce human resources, it is expected by 2025 that 50% of higher education and vocational education establishments will be able to provide e-commerce training.
