- Household consumers will be entitled to 10% decreases in domestic electricity retail prices at tier 1 through tier 4, prescribed in the Decision No. 648/QD-BCT dated March 20, 2019.
- Industrial consumers will be entitled to 10% decreases in domestic electricity wholesale prices, prescribed in the abovementioned Decision.
- Tourist accommodation establishments will be entitled to decrease in business electricity retail prices to industrial electricity retail prices.
- Electricity wholesale prices applied to rural areas, collective quarters, residential clusters, etc. will be decreased by 10% of electricity wholesale prices applied to tier 1 through tier 4 domestic electricity prices; other-purposes electricity wholesale prices will be decreased by 10% as provided in the Decision No. 648.
- Industrial zones and traditional markets will be entitled to 10% decreases in electricity wholesale prices in comparison to the price chart prescribed in the Decision No. 648/QD-BCT.
Total time length for customer’s entitlement to electricity cost subsidies will be 3 months, including:
- As for domestic or household electricity, such subsidies will offset electricity consumption costs incurred in April, May and June which are respectively invoiced in May, June and July electricity bills this year.
- As for non-domestic electricity, such subsidies will be shown in the latest electricity bill from April 16 this year.
