The Circular prescribes that, as for undergraduate degree programs that have just opened to students in an academic year, the intake of students taking these programs is limited to 30% of their stipulated training capacity.
Educational institutions that have not committed any violation against student enrollment regulations for 3 consecutive years may, of their own accord, decide on the intake of students under their commitments on training quality and social needs if:
- They obtain the educational quality accreditation granted by an education quality assessment organization in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Their school councils have already issued the resolutions on approval of the plans for determination of student intakes.
The particular intakes of students enrolled by independently-run educational establishments will vary, depending on their training capacity and results of surveys of students of these educational institutions offered jobs each year.
