The Decree provides instructions about grant of employee leasing licenses, provision of security deposits and list of employments qualified for employee leasing. Followings are certain noticeable instructions:
- The maximum validity period of an employee leasing license (license, in short) is 60 months (increased by 24 months compared to that prescribed in existing regulations);
The license may be extended multiple times and each extension is restricted to 60 months instead of only twice at maximum and no more than 24 months of extension as provided in existing regulations;
The validity period of the reissued license is equal to the remaining validity period of the previous license.
- 02 requirements that enterprises must meet to be eligible for employee leasing licenses will be repealed, including:
+ Legal capital requirement;
+ Requirement concerning locations of main offices, branches and representative offices of enterprises.
