New Code of ethics for professional accountants and auditors

According to the Circular, the Code of ethics consists of 3 parts:

- Part A is applied to accounting enterprises, audit enterprises, branches of foreign audit enterprises in Vietnam, holders of accounting practice certificates and auditing practice certificates.

- Part B is applied to accounting enterprises, audit enterprises, branches of foreign audit enterprises in Vietnam, holders of accounting practice certificates and auditing practice certificates working in accounting enterprises, audit enterprises, branches of foreign audit enterprises in Vietnam.

-  Part C is applied to holders of accounting practice certificates and auditing practice certificates working in other enterprises.

Circular No. 70/2015/TT-BTC comes into force from January 01, 2016.
