Increase in concessional loans for agriculture and rural areas

From July 25, 2015, according to Decree No. 55/2015/NĐ-CP, concessional loans for entities engaged in agriculture or operating in rural areas will be increased.

Unsecured loans mentioned in the Decree include:

- Loans of up to VND 03 billion for aquaculture or offshore fishing cooperative associations;

- Loans of up to VND 02 billion for aquaculture or offshore fishing cooperatives, cooperative associations operating in rural areas or engaged in agriculture;

- Loans of up to VND 01 billion for cooperatives, farm owners operating in rural areas or engaged in agriculture, etc.

This Decree replaces Decree No. 41/2010/NĐ-CP .
